After careful consideration, I decided to switch my website hosting from Wix to Squarespace to better showcase the unique style and services of Tricia Charles Photography. This important transition allows for a more polished and professional aesthetic, which is perfectly aligned with the deep, rich, and dramatic imagery I create of both canine and equine companions. Squarespace offers greater flexibility in design and layout, enabling me to present my work in a manner that truly reflects the special and heartfelt bond between pets and their devoted owners. With their enhanced tools for SEO and e-commerce, I can ensure my beautifully crafted portfolio reaches a much wider audience, connecting more passionate pet lovers with the lasting memories that are captured through my lens.

In addition, this latest update to the mobile experience has introduced a host of enhancements to the user experience. The intuitive interface remains familiar yet enhanced, ensuring a seamless transition for existing customers. However, several thoughtful additions have been implemented to elevate the mobile experience. Clients can now effortlessly browse my portfolios, book sessions, and read a blog or two 😉 directly from their smartphones. The integration of a
streamlined appointment scheduling system allows for greater flexibility. These updates, coupled with the site’s existing features, solidify Tricia Charles Photography's commitment to providing a truly exceptional mobile experience for my valued customers.
New Square booking workflow
Speaking of streamlined appointment scheduling, you may notice a change in my scheduling feature. I am now using Square (not to be confused with Squarespace). I’ve been using Square for a couple of years now for all my payments, gift cards, and contracts and now I will be using them to accept bookings. Due to this, when you click to book a session on my new site you will be redirected to Square to complete your booking.
This also helps to keep things more contained for workflows and follow-ups. I am excited about these changes and hope that you find them to be positive as well.
